Where do I begin. There was no power for the first 24 hours of our stay. Front door had damage on it to where someone obviosly had broken in before. Janice is the worst customer service employee ever created. The house reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a "non smoking" house. Cigarette butts all over the balcony. Any crawling out of the drains in the sinks. Sheets were not clean just looked like the beds were remade with dirty sheets. When the power was actually on the air conditioner didn't do anything but make clicking noises. Wendy the host is not actually your host, they just use her name cause she has good reviews so the hope people will fall for it and then they can steal all their money! No one please fall for these scam artist!

At first sight, this house looks great. The location is fantastic, unfortunately, that is the only good thing that we can say about this place. After walking into the house, we were overpowered by the smell of smoke. Someone was smoking heavily in there, and nothing was done to try to clean out the smell. The master bedroom wreaked of urine. So much that we had to open all the windows and put a fan in the room to try to air it out. However, this did not seem to work because the rug was soaked with it. We quickly realized that the enhanced cleaning is a joke. We had to re-wash most of the dishes one that still was half full of something, the towels also had hair in them. There was sand all over and nothing seemed to be wiped clean. Moreover, all the ceiling vents have black dust hanging out of them and the ceiling around the vent was covered in black dust. The doors have holes punched in them, and the shades were broken. And if that was not enough, the kitchen table legs were not attached so when my 5-year-old sat at the table to draw this 8-foot table collapsed on him. The breakers for the living room kept tripping with only the TV and lights on. When the deck was built, they used nails and we cut our feet on a few of them. There was spilt over trash in the yard from the neighbor, not their fault but was there the entire stay. We really couldn't hang outside of the house because there was a smell coming from the septic tank that seemed to be over flooding.

Now for the credit where credits due, after calling them 4 times with all these issues they came and looked, they tried to fix the table but had to move it out till later because it could not be fixed. They removed the urine-soaked rug, but the smell was still on the floor. They offered to look at the breakers and other stuff, but the fact of the matter is I was not going to have our vacation turn into a maintenance period for them. They told me that they did not have time to fix these things before we arrived but wanted to. This house does not seem to be maintained, and it seems like the owners do as little as possible to rent it out. It is way overpriced for what we received.

This rental is in bad shape. Not worth the money!
1) Towel holder came off the wall with barely a touch.
2) corners of the walls are all chewed up.
3) fake laminent flooring is peeling up in the living room.
4) holes in the bathroom door.
5) holes on the wall of the master bathroom because there’s no door stop- pretty standard.
6) much paint missing on walls because they’ve been banged up so much. Not little paint chips, walls are majorly scratched.
7) the tables outside are cracked and missed a half a leg and a outside couple chairs are so cracked you can’t sit in them.
8) outdoor lights missing from banister outside and along the driveway.
9) dinning room table is missing screws so you can’t sit at it for dinner because it will literally fall apart. You can’t even lean on it.
10) master bedroom window blind is cracked and needs replaced.
11) some kind of red drinks is spilled on the master bedroom walls on a painting and various spots on the walls and floor.
I can keep going. Bottom line is this place is subpar and should not be rented until it has some pretty fixes if someone just gives it attention. The owner should know how poorly managed the property is. Would not stay back here unless it had some things fixed. Not work $100 a night let alone $450 a night.

Love this place. It's very homey and inviting. Very spacious and the balcony is awesome! The host and staff are beyond hospitable and respond quickly. The beach is a short walk or you can drive...you can see it from the porch! If you and the kids are looking for a nice place to visit with friendly neighbors and comfortable living this is the spot!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!

We rented this cabin for the week of spring break for my kids and to celebrate my sons birthday. The house was perfect for all of us. I loved that it was a straight shot to the beach. We loved that the dollar store and ice machine were 2 minutes away. The WiFi was the only issue we had. We have kiddos and they have their tablets so the WiFi was very spotty and didn’t work most of the time. And most of the TVs were internet based so we didn’t have anything to watch when the internet wasn’t working. Basic cable or satellite would have been nice. But besides that we had a wonderful trip. The house is beautiful.
