Caribbean Palms is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8. It is in the Emerald Beach 2 subdivision. This beautiful home is the perfect home for your family vacation. The deck is the perfect spot to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook the perfect meal, including an air fryer and more! This home has been updated with broadband Internet for all of your high speed streaming needs. There is a smart tv in the living room and all bedrooms so you can sign in to your streaming accounts and watch your favorite shows! A sleeper is in the living room to accommodate sleeping 8. There is an outside shower to wash off after a long day at the beach. Caribbean Palms is just a short walk or drive from the beach!

We now provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:

3 white kitchen trash bags
3 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Home: Caribbean Palms
Stay Dates: 7/29 -8/1

Perfect for our family vacation. The house is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Beach is walking distance but, since we had kids with us, we rented a golf cart. Beach is also visible from the porch which is perfect for relaxing and drying out after a day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

Love this place. It's very homey and inviting. Very spacious and the balcony is awesome! The host and staff are beyond hospitable and respond quickly. The beach is a short walk or you can can see it from the porch! If you and the kids are looking for a nice place to visit with friendly neighbors and comfortable living this is the spot!! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!!

We rented this cabin for the week of spring break for my kids and to celebrate my sons birthday. The house was perfect for all of us. I loved that it was a straight shot to the beach. We loved that the dollar store and ice machine were 2 minutes away. The WiFi was the only issue we had. We have kiddos and they have their tablets so the WiFi was very spotty and didn’t work most of the time. And most of the TVs were internet based so we didn’t have anything to watch when the internet wasn’t working. Basic cable or satellite would have been nice. But besides that we had a wonderful trip. The house is beautiful.

Cancellation Policy
We understand there can be unforeseen emergencies that could cause you to cancel your reservation.We will try to resolve any and all situations with you. However, please note our cancellation policy below. Bolivar Escapes reserves the right to substitute an equal rental property if necessary.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Our standard cancellation policy is effective for all reservations starting on or after June 1, 2020.

If you choose to cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, a refund will be issued, minus the cancellation fee, the non-refundable reservation fee plus tax, and the travel insurance premium, if taken.

If you choose to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, a 50 % refund will only be issued if we are able to re-rent the property for the same time period. If you purchased travel insurance you can contact RedSky directly at 866-889-7409.

If further emergency orders from Galveston County or the State of Texas prevent check-ins at any time beyond June 1, 2020 we will issue new guidance. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at with any questions about your specific reservation. As of 11:30 am June 29, 2020 There are no state or county closure orders that impact short term rentals or beach access.”

Hurricane, Tropical Storms, tropical Depressions & Mandatory Evacuation Policy
Bolivar Escapes does not offer refunds in the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation nor will Bolivar Escapes transfer the reservation to alternative dates in the case of an evacuation - whether voluntary or mandatory.

In the event of an ordered evacuation due to hurricanes or other storms, you are required by state law to evacuate the property. If you have declined trip cancellation insurance, you shall not be entitled to a refund by Bolivar Escapes. Refunds for the period of mandatory evacuation will be made solely by the travel insurance provider, provided the Guest has purchased the optional trip cancellation insurance. Refunds and coverage issues will be processed and determined solely by the travel insurance provider. Refer to the trip cancellation policy or contact the travel insurance provider directly for specific information and/or refund procedures. If you leave due to "Storm Warnings" or "Voluntary Evacuation", Bolivar Escapes will not issue refunds. Bolivar Escapes will not issue refunds in part or in full for inclement weather. (See "Travel Insurance" section below for details).

We strongly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance for stays occuring during hurricane season - June 1 through November 30. Please see the "Travel Insurance" section below for details.

OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION: By signing the Rental Contract, each Guest acknowledges being offered insurance to compensate the Guest for losses or damages resulting from loss of use of the property due to a mandatory evacuation order. If the Guest refuses said offer to purchase travel insurance, the Guest shall not be entitled to a refund of monies paid. the Guest also agrees to comply with all orders of evacuation.

Travel Insurance
Things happen! Unforeseen circumstances such as sudden illnesses, job loss, deaths or hurricanes do occur.

Travel Insurance is offered to help protect your vacation investment. This insurance is optional, but we recommend it so that you may be financially reimbursed in case of unforeseen events.

All Guests will receive an email outlining the travel insurance along with the Rental Contract and Guest Registration forms. Travel Insurance premiums are non-taxable and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposit Policy
Half of rental subtotal and half of taxes plus the total amount of all fees will be required as a reservation payment. The reservation payment must be received within seven days of confirmation or a cancellation will automatically occur. The remaining charges will be due 3 days prior to check-in. Personal checks will be accepted for rentals if received at least 14 days or more prior to arrival.
