Sunny Beach has all the amenities you are looking for in a beach home and then some including bamboo floors, granite countertops, large breakfast bar, spacious bedrooms, large master bath with a soaker tub or walk in shower, private deck off the master bedroom and comfortable furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail on any one of the three decks. Relax downstairs in the shade while cooking up something on the BBQ grill. When you are ready for some fun in the sun, head to the beach. It's only a short walk, golf car, or vehicle ride away, via the beach access road.

We now provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

Cancellation Policy
We understand there can be unforeseen emergencies that could cause you to cancel your reservation.We will try to resolve any and all situations with you. However, please note our cancellation policy below. Bolivar Escapes reserves the right to substitute an equal rental property if necessary.

There are no refunds for appliance failure (including air conditioning), utility failure, internet failure or circumstances beyond our control, including weather.

Cancel at least 60 days before start of stay: 100% refund minus the $55 processing fee.
Cancel at least 14-30 days before the start of stay: 50% refund
Cancel less than 14 days before reservation, no refund.

Deposit Policy
Half of rental subtotal and half of taxes plus the total amount of all fees will be required as a reservation payment. The reservation payment must be received within seven days of confirmation or a cancellation will automatically occur. The remaining charges will be due 3 days prior to check-in. Personal checks will be accepted for rentals if received at least 14 days or more prior to arrival.
