1 Sum Beach-this cute home is walking distance to restaurants and 3/4 mile straight down the road to the beach. This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom adorable home on the bay side. It sleeps 8 and is within walking distance to restaurants and night life. This cute home is the perfect spot for your family's vacation! You'll feel right at home in the cozy living room that is open to the kitchen. Sign in to your favorite streaming service on the smart tv to enjoy your favorite shows. You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a twin over queen bunk and a separate queen bed. Step outside and enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck or dine on the outside table. Downstairs, enjoy grilling with your family and friends. This home is on a dead end street with little traffic and less than a mile from the beach. Hot Tub shown on picture is currently NOT available.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
