5 O'Clock Somewhere

5’O’Clock Somewhere is a family friendly home that sleeps 10. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. 5’O’Clock is located in the Emerald II subdivision. This home is also pet friendly with no pet fee! Your furry friend will love playing in the fenced in yard!
5’O’Clock Somewhere has an open kitchen and living area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would find in your own home to make perfect meals. This home also has a Keurig Coffee machine, so be sure to bring you favorite K-Cups!

This home has spacious bedrooms and also a bunk bed room that the kids will love! There isn’t any WIFI, so you will need to bring a “hot spot” if the internet is a must have. The house has a Dish satellite for your viewing entertainment. This is a great home for spending time together with family and disconnect from the world.
There is plenty of seating downstairs with 2 picnic tables and Tiki Bar. You can grill your favorite meals on the charcoal grill. This area is enclosed to provide a worry free area for kids and pets to run carefree!

When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away. Be sure to rinse off all the sand in the downstairs shower after your fun filled day in the sun!



We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
