If you are looking for a cute home for your family vacation, this is the perfect home for you! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. Don’t forget to bring your favorite k- cups and enjoy coffee on the deck. Enjoy eating outside on the deck while listening to the birds chirp. You’re sure to spend time downstairs around the Tiki bar! This home is in a wonderful neighborhood with beach access! Be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower after a long fun day at the beach! Head on out to Blue Skies and Sunshine for your family vacation! This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of 200.00.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
