Drinksea Upsea is a beautiful, spacious home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath sleeping 10 guests. This home is located in the Sandpiper subdivision. This gorgeous home is the perfect location for you family vacation or weekend getaway! There is plenty of room for everyone to sit at the oversized island and enjoy dinner or a quick snack together. The kitchen has everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. Coffee lovers will enjoy the options of a drip coffee maker or a Keurig for your morning cup of coffee. You’re sure to love the views from the deck. Downstairs you can enjoy grilling your favorite dish for your family. When you’re ready to go to the beach it’s just a short walk or drive away! Be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day of fun on the beach!
**Even when provided, internet access/satellite TV/cell service can be UNRELIABLE on the BOLIVAR PENINSULA. We are a rural community and weather sensitive. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

Beautiful Home

We rented this property last minute for the 4th of July. The house was so clean and updated. It is on a lot without a lot of neighbors! Easy access to beach with golf cart and we will be booking again.

Cute home, steps to the beach!

Gorgeous property, amazing kitchen, beautifully finished interior. Felt like walking into a model home! The extra touches in the kitchen, the bedrooms, and bathrooms made the home feel luxurious and welcoming. The little kids loved the built-in bunk beds, and the preteen loved the king sized bed and space to himself. The beds were all super comfy. We had to use the air mattress for one of the kiddos one night and even it felt luxurious! We would absolutely love to return to Drinksea Upsea!
