Gordeaux's Place

Gordeaux's Place is a very cute beach rental with all amenities in great family neighborhood of Sandy Shores. This neighborhood is very quiet and perfect location for relaxation. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on the main level with the master bedroom suite upstairs. Plenty of room to sit on the deck and enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This home is not located far from the beach making it easy to access by golf cart or vehicle. No Parties and No Pets. No more than 8 people may be at this home.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
**Even when provided, internet access/satellite TV/cell service can be UNRELIABLE on the BOLIVAR PENINSULA. We are a rural community and weather sensitive. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
