1 Hibiscus Haus is a comfortable beach house that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath sleeping 15 guests. This home is located in the Emerald Beach I subdivision. Don’t forget your furry best friend! Hibiscus Haus is a pet friendly home with a $200 non- refundable fee. This home is perfect for multifamily or extended family vacation. There is plenty of room to stretch out in the living room and enjoy a movie or your favorite shows. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. From the primary bedroom, on the second floor, brew a cup of coffee at the coffee bar, and enjoy the beautiful sunrise from your private balcony. You can also connect your phone to the Bluetooth speaker at the bar, on the upstairs deck and inside the house to enjoy all your favorite tunes. Downstairs, enjoy grilling a meal for your family and hanging out by the bar or picnic table. When you are ready to head to the beach, it is just a short walk or drive away! After a long day in the sun, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
