Mermaid’s Hide-A-Way is a very cute, lovely home that sleeps 5 guests. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home. Located in the Bluewater subdivision. This adorable home is perfect for your small family or a great couple getaway! The kitchen has everything you'll need to make the perfect meals on your beach vacation. There is also both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig for your convenience. This home is dog friendly with a $200 non-refundable fee it has WIFI as well as a smart TV that you can sign into your favorite streaming services on the fire stick and enjoy a movie night in the cozy living room. The kids are sure to enjoy the bunk bed! The deck is the perfect spot to relax or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. This home is on a beach access road and the beach is just a short drive away! Don't forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower after your long day of fun in the sun.

**Even when provided, internet access/satellite TV/cell service can be UNRELIABLE on the BOLIVAR PENINSULA. We are a rural community and weather sensitive. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

Adorable/Beach access road.

My husband and I took our honeymoon here. We were bummed to find out it wasn't IN Galveston, but we ended up loving it more than we could have imagined! We had enough to do on the Peninsula for each of the 4 days we were there. The house was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans/cooking necessities and we made some great meals! Walking distance to the beach - we watched the sunrise at the beach almost every morning! We would recommend to anyone and would stay again!
