Second Chance

Second chance is a two story 2 bedrooms, plus loft, 2 bath home that sleeps 11 guests. This home is located on the bayside in Gilchrist. Second Chance is a pet friendly home with a $200 non- refundable fee. So, don’t forget your furry best friend! In the kitchen you will find an In- Sink dishwasher! You’ll also find everything you will need to make the perfect meals for your family and friends all you need to bring is your favorite foods and spices. On the main floor, you have the comfy Living room area, kitchen and the master bedroom. Upstairs you have the 2nd bedroom and a loft with extra sleeping. In the morning, get your cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and the bay from the deck. Downstairs you’ll find the perfect spot to grill your favorite meals with friends and family. Not to mention this home is situated on three lots with plenty of room to park trucks and boats! Second Chance is located just a few minutes away from great fishing and also a street across the highway from the beach!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
