A Sassy Seagull is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 10 guests. This home is located on the 4th row in the Sand Castle subdivision. This home is perfect for your family vacation! The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all spacious and open. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to whip up a delicious meal for your family. In the mornings, you can sit out on the deck with a cup of coffee watching the breathtaking sunrises while listening to sounds of the waves rushing ashore! There is also a view of the water from the deck. The deck has covered and uncovered areas to suit your needs throughout the day! Downstairs, there is a picnic table and charcoal grill to enjoy! When the beach is calling, you are just a quick walk or golf cart ride away. After a full day of playing in the sand, rinse off in the downstairs shower.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**


We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
