It's A Swell Life is a brand new build that has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 14. The kitchen features all new appliances and plenty of counter space, perfect for whipping up a delicious meal. The bar seating and dining table provide plenty of room for your family to gather. The home also has internet. For entertainment, you can stream shows on Roku or take advantage of numerous streaming services. You can also stay connected to your family and friends with the internet. Just enter the Wifi information and password. The living room has comfortable seating for all your guests. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Enjoy sitting on the deck sipping your favorite beverages as you to take in the ocean air and sunsets. Have a blast with family and friends gathered around the TIKI Bar, or cooking burgers, hotdogs, and your favorite specialties on the charcoal grill located downstairs. `On top of this, you have easy beach access by a walk over bridge or golf cart path. After a day spent on the beach, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering the home. We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
