Pelican Post is a cute 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom home is Sandy Shores Subdivision that sleeps 8. You'll feel right at home while on vacation. The living area is open to the kitchen making one big happy area to gather with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the conveniences to make meals for your family without a lot of fuss. Coffee lovers will appreciate having both a drip coffee and Keurig machine. The living room has comfortable seating for all your guests. For your enjoyment and entertainment, the home has a DVD Player, WiFi, and Smart Tv's. You can watch shows on numerous streaming services. You can also stay connected to your family and friends with the internet. Just enter the Wifi information and password. You and your guests will find sleeping quite accommodating with a queen bed in one room and full over full bunk bed in the other. The Primary bedroom is spacious with a queen bed and attached bathroom with an oversized tub/shower combo. Enjoy sitting outside on the two decks with a peek-a-boo view of the beach, watching the glorious sunrises and sunsets we have here on the Peninsula! Have a blast with family and friends cooking burgers, hotdogs, and your favorite specialties on the charcoal grill located downstairs. `On top of this, you have easy beach access by a walk over bridge or golf cart path with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. So, if you’re looking for a beach rental with endless possibilities, this one-of-a-kind home is for you.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
