2nd Life is a newly built 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a loft, that sleeps 7 with a sleeper sofa that accommodates 2 more guest. This cozy home is located in The Villas at Roll Over Bay, in Gilchrist. The open concept living and kitchen area will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you would need to prepare meals for your family. The island bar, provides food prep area as well as seating. For the coffee lover, there is a regular drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. In the living room, you'll find comfortable seating for everyone to relax and visit. For inside entertainment, this home has TV's in the living room and main floor bedrooms. For your enjoyment, this home has wifi. Just put in the password code information to stream your favorite shows or movies on the TV's. You and your guest will find comfortable sleeping accommodations in the main floor bedrooms with attached bathrooms, as well as the loft. The sofa makes into a queen sleeper when you need extra sleeping room. Outside on the deck , you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets while comfortable sitting and sipping your favorite beverages.
Downstairs, there will be a picnic table to enjoy meals cooked on the charcoal grill.
This neighborhood also has a newly built playground and a swimming pool area that is available for your use. (Please follow all rules when using these facilities. There will not be life guards on duty at the pool area. ) When the sand and waves call, you are a quick golf cart or vehicle drive away. After a fun day on the beach, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading upstairs to relax. We are sure you will enjoy your "2nd Life" at this home!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
