Summer Breeze is an adorable, cozy home that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 guests. This home is located in the Tidelands subdivision. The spacious living area is open to the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make all of your favorite meals. There is plenty of counter space and enough seating for everyone! The bedrooms are bright and comfy, each with their own unique style. The guest bedrooms have queen beds to accommodate everyone comfortably. The Primary bedroom with a King bed, has an attached bathroom. The deck area has ample seating, allowing you to take in the ocean air, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The home also has internet for entertainment so that you can stay connected to family and friends as well as stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Just enter the Wi- Fi information and password located in the home. Downstairs, you will find a charcoal grill to use at your convenience. When it's time to head over to the beach for a fun outing, you are just a short golf cart or walk away from the shore. After exploring the beach, looking for buried treasures, be sure to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Your beach stay will be a "Breeze" when you book at Summer Breeze!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
