When not mesmerized by the beach views, you can connect to the internet to watch your favorite Tv shows or movies on the Smart TV's located throughout the home. In addition to its spacious interior, The Beach House also offers outdoor amenities that cater to both relaxation and entertainment. On the deck, you'll find seating to sit and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Downstairs features a covered area with a Tiki Bar and comfortable seating, where guests can chill in the shade or enjoy a barbecue meal cooked on the charcoal grill with friends and family. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
