The Sunchaser

The Sunchaser is a cute, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10. It is located on the 5th row in the popular Emerald II subdivision. You will feel right at home in this modern day beach house. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Water Slide, this enchanted home offers amazing views of the ocean with quick and easy access to the beach. The kitchen brings you all the updates with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Plenty of room to cook for the entire group. On the balcony, you can enjoy your dinner and the sunset or watch the sun rise while having a morning cup of coffee. WIFI is included so relax and stream your favorite TV show or movie on the Smart TVs. When you're done playing in the sun, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, fillet your fish at the cleaning station, or lounge in the shade in one of the many chairs below. When you're ready to chase the salty air, chase the fun, chase the sand and chase the sun... This is your home!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!

This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.

If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
