The Sunchaser is a cute, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10. It is located on the 5th row in the popular Emerald II subdivision. You will feel right at home in this modern day beach house. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the Water Slide, this enchanted home offers amazing views of the ocean with quick and easy access to the beach. The kitchen brings you all the updates with hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Plenty of room to cook for the entire group. On the balcony, you can enjoy your dinner and the sun set or watch the sun rise to a morning cup of coffee. WIFI included, relax and stream your favorite TV show or movie on the smart TVs When you're done playing in the sun you can rinse off in the outdoor shower, fillet your fish at the cleaning station, or lounge in the shade in one of the many chairs below. When you're ready to chase the salty air, chase the fun, chase the sand and chase the sun... This is your home!
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
