A Sandy Hope

A Sandy Hope is a cute three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that sleeps 12. This home is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced-in yard. We do require a $200 pet fee. The open concept living/kitchen space is perfect for relaxing, watching your favorite shows, and preparing meals in a kitchen, with all the amenities, including a crockpot. Outside is where you will want to spend all your time from watching our glorious sunrises on the deck drinking coffee, to sipping your favorite beverages, enjoying breath-taking sunsets! Downstairs, the covered area is fully fenced, creating a safe environment for the littlest guests and your furry friends. You will find plenty of space for entertaining around the Tiki Bar area while grilling on the charcoal grill. When the sand and waves start calling out, you're a quick walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. After a fun day of playing in the surf and sand, be sure to rinse away everything but your memories in the outdoor shower. A stay at " A Sandy Hope" will leave you hoping for more sandy, fun-filled days.

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
