A Tequila Sunrise

A Tequila Sunrise is a lovely, 4-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps 12. It's located in the family-friendly Singing Sands subdivision. This charming home invites you to relax and unwind on the deck with peek a-boo beach views and bayside views of the Intracoastal waterways. From sunrise to sunset, the deck has plenty of seating, in the shade or sunshine. The comfortable living room has ample seating for everyone. The living room opens to the spacious kitchen so that the cooks in the family are never left out of all the fun! You will find all the necessary gadgets, pots, and pans to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. For those needing to stay connected to their devices, this home has WIFI. Just use the password and username information to gain access to the internet. You can stream your favorite shows and movies on the TV in the living room. There is a queen bed in the 1st bedroom, and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. You will find a twin/twin bunkbed and a twin/full bunkbed in bedroom 3, with a queen bed in bedroom 4. Mostly, you will want to be outside on the deck enjoying the ocean breeze and views! Downstairs, you'll find a nice covered area for eating at the picnic table, or having wonderful family conversations while the "Master Griller" cooks something yummy on the charcoal grill. When the waves and sand call, you are only a short walk or golf cart ride from the shore. When your "Fun in the Sun" beach day is done, don't forget to rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will love "Tequila little time" at this cabin!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
