Abigail's House is an adorable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that sleeps 10 in the Emerald I neighborhood. This home is pet-friendly with a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. This home welcomes you to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, making meal-prepping easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and dining table to enjoy meals together. The comfy furniture in the living room provides the perfect seating area for talking and watching your favorite streaming movies and shows. You can connect to the WiFi by entering the username and password provided for you. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a twin/twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed. The primary bedroom has a king bed plus a twin bed with an attached full bathroom. You and your guest will enjoy sitting on the deck watching sunrises and sunsets while drinking your favorite beverage.
The covered area downstairs is perfect for grilling, eating at the picnic table, playing corn-hole, shooting hoops, or children running around laughing. Gather around the downstairs TV at the end of the day and enjoy a movie with the whole gang. Be sure to take a refreshing shower in the enclosed area, after a fun-filled day on the beach, which is just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
