Adicora Beach House

Adicora Beach House is a stunning spacious home that sleeps 14 Guest. It is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home. It is located in the Driftwood subdivision. Adicora is a pet friendly home with a $200 non- refundable fee. So, don’t forget your furry best friend! There is plenty of room in this beautiful home for everyone to spread out and have their own space. This home is also great for multi- family vacations. Adicora’s kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook family meals. With the kitchen being open, everyone can gather around the island and make meal prep easy-breezy! The living room area is wide open and has a smart streaming TV to watch your favorite shows and movies. All of the bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious. The children will love the bunk bed rooms! Outside, is a large deck with a cute bar and breakfast table to enjoy some fresh brew coffee or some delicious mimosas in the morning. The down stairs area is perfect for hanging out grilling on the charcoal pit, or gathering around the Tiki bar. Don’t forget to wash off the sand after a fun-filled day on the beach in the downstairs shower!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens, beach and bath towels in every house. there will be a fee of $20.00 per towel for missing towels. Standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the bug spray and sun screen!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
