AfterDuneDelight is a newer built home in the quiet LaFitte's Landing Subdivision that has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 10 guests. This home welcomes you inside to a spacious, open living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, even a crockpot, to make meal prepping very easy. You and your guests can gather around the eating bar area and or small dining table to enjoy meals together. There is even a small table just right for children to enjoy! The living room easily accommodates you and your guests. The home also has internet. For entertainment, you can stream shows on Roku or take advantage of numerous streaming services. There are also Smart TVS located in all bedrooms. You will even find board games for the family to play. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The primary bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a guest bathroom in the hall as well as 2 more guest bedrooms. Spend each morning of your stay enjoying beautiful sunrises on the deck, facing the Gulf, where you'll hear the waves calling out to you. Downstairs, you will find plenty of covered space to gather, sit around the picnic table, or grill delicious meals on the charcoal pit. There is even a fenced in area for the children to safely run and play. When you can no longer stay away from the sand and "sea", you are a short walk and or golf cart ride away! There is an easy walking/ golf cart path at the end of Buccaneer Street for your use. Your fur-ever friends are completely welcome at this home with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. This subdivision does not have vehicle drive-on access, but several roads over you can find this for your use. Upon returning from the beach, be sure to enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower located downstairs. You and your guests will surely "Delight" in the memories made at this home! There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest bedroom with a king bed, and a guest bunkroom with two twin/full bunkbeds.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
