Blue Anchor

Blue Anchor is a stunning 2nd row beach house with beachfront views. This is a pet-friendly home that sleeps 16. You will find spacious accommodations for all your guests in this open-concept living room/kitchen area. You and your guests will enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies on the TV's located in the living room and all bedrooms. You will enter the WIFI information provided for your use. The kitchen will have all the amenities needed for preparing meals. From the primary bedroom, there's a private deck with a bird's-eye view of the Gulf. The deck on the main level sports breathtaking views as well. Enjoy lounging on the deck, sipping your favorite beverages while watching a glorious sunrise, or reveling in a mesmerizing sunset! On the ground level, you will find a great covered gathering space with picnic tables and a charcoal grill. When the sand and waves call, you are steps away from the Gulf. After a wonderful day in the sun, be sure to rinse away everything but the memories in the sand shower. This beautifully decorated home is also pet-friendly. A $200 pet fee will be charged separately. Blue Anchor's location is close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. You absolutely will want to "drop anchor" and stay awhile! There are 5 bedrooms in this house with 4 bedrooms on the main level and 1 bedroom on the secondary level. Both of the Master bedrooms have a king bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin/full bunks and the 4th bedroom has two full beds. The upstairs Master Bedroom has one king bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
