Blue Heaven is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kid friendly home that easily accommodates 15 guests. First Responder Discount-10%. This home is also pet friendly. You are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs. Just pay the separate $200.00 Non-refundable Pet Fee. The open kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for family gatherings. While prepping meals in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, you will never miss out on any of the family fun or conversations! The large dining table and island bar provide ample seating for meals. In the living room, you will find plenty of comfortable seating to gather around the TV to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. Just enter the WIFI information provided near the TV. The whimsical names on each of the bedrooms just adds to the personal touches in this home. Outside on the deck, you will find seating to comfortably watch our amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets! There is even a playhouse for the little beach lovers! Downstairs, you will find seating, hammocks, swings, and a picnic table that's just right for eating meals that were cooked on the charcoal pit. With three large lots and the home being at the end of the road, you will feel safe with the littles running and playing. When the sand and waves start calling, you will have a short walk or even a shorter golf cart , or vehicle ride to the Gulf shores! After a fun filled day at the beach, be sure to rinse away the sand and sun lotion in the outdoor, enclosed shower! This home is a slice of "Blue Heaven" year round! In bedroom 1 there is a king bed, bedroom 2 has two queen beds, bedroom 3 has 2 twin/twin beds, and bedroom 4 has one twin/twin bunkbed and one twin/full bunkbed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
