Casa Siwichi is a cute 2-bedroom, 2-bath home accommodating 7 guests. You won't have to leave your fur baby at home, because pets are welcome with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. You will enjoy gathering in the living/kitchen area with your family and friends. Cooking your favorite meals in the well-stocked kitchen will be effortless. The master bedroom has one queen bed, one twin bed, and an attached full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. Wifi is available to easily stay connected and share your favorite vacation photos with your friends and family! There is also a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Enter the username and password information located in a frame near the TV. The large deck provides the best place to view a glorious sunrise or sunset while sitting in the swing with your favorite beverage. This home is just minutes from the beach, where you will enjoy a fun day in the sun. After you return from an exciting day on the beach, enjoy rinsing off in the downstairs shower before coming up to prepare for the evening. This home is located directly down the road from some awesome restaurants, along with access to some nightlife with great music. Feel like staying in for the evening, there is an amazing Tiki Bar downstairs to reminisce with your guests, with plenty of room for the kids to play while cooking some burgers on the charcoal grill. You will definitely make some great memories vacationing here.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:1 roll of paper towels

2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
