Casa Siwichi

Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Casa Siwichi is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home accommodating 7 guests. The master bedroom has a full bath attached. You will enjoy gathering in the living/kitchen area with family and friends while cooking up your favorite meal. This home is just minutes from the beach where you will enjoy a fun day in the sun. After you return enjoy rinsing off in the downstairs shower before coming up to prepare for the evening. It is located directly down the road from some awesome restaurants along with access to some nightlife with great music. Feel like staying in for the evening, you will have an amazing Tiki Bar downstairs to reminisce with your guests with plenty of room for the kids to play while cooking up some burgers on the charcoal grill. You will definitely make some great memories vacationing here. Wifi is available so you can share your favorite vacation photos with your friends and family! There is also a smart TV to stream your favorite shows.
You won't have to leave your fur baby at home, pets are welcome with a 200 non-refundable pet fee.

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
1 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
1 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
1 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap

Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
