Geaux-N Coastal

Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Geaux-N Coastal is a fisherman's dream rental home. This well-loved home sits on the canal with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It has a dock to park your boat, areas to fish off the deck, throw in a crab trap, and even a fishing station to clean your fresh catch, a covered concrete area for entertaining, including a fire-pit area. There is even an outdoor shower area. Outside, you will find a spacious deck offering covered and uncovered sitting areas. Enjoy your favorite beverages while viewing our glorious sunrises and breathtaking sunsets over the water! Inside this lovely home, you will notice a dining space/kitchen area with bar seating. Everything you need to make delicious meals can be found in this well-stocked kitchen. The cozy living room provides ample seating for you and your guests to gather or watch your favorite streaming movies or shows on the smart TV. Just enter the WIFI information posted in the house. When the evenings are chilly, the living room has a gas/wood-burning fireplace that will keep you warm and toasty. The 3 bedrooms offer comfortable bedding in a coastal theme. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and a vanity/make-up table. The primary bedroom and bedroom 2 both have queen beds. In bedroom 3 you will find a full bed, a twin/full bunkbed, and one single trundle bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living area. Once you "Geaux-Coastal," you'll be "Geaux-N Coastal" all year long!
Jumping off any of the decks into the canal is prohibited, and terminate your lease agreement without a refund.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sun screen!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
