Inside this beautiful home, you will be taken in by the spacious living room with ample seating for all your guest and family. With WIFI provided, streaming your favorite TV movies and shows or staying connected to all your devices will be a breeze. The fully equipped kitchen, opens up into the living area so that even while preparing meals, conversations and laughter can be shared by all! The well-appointed bedrooms offer cozy beds and tasteful decor, creating a soothing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms have tub/shower combo, or walk in showers, providing convenience and comfort during your stay. Imagine sitting on the spacious deck watching a glorious sunrise, while sipping your coffee with seagulls calling "good day" to you! Downstairs you will find lots of gathering space around the Tiki Bar or picnic table while delicious entrees are grilling on the charcoal pit. Your furry friends can run and play in the enclosed yard area. When the waves and sand call, you are just steps away. You also have vehicle and golf cart accessibility to the beach. After a day of fun in the sand, be sure to rinse off in the sand shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom 1 has two full/queen beds, and bedroom 2 has two queen beds.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
