Happy Place

Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Happy Place is a cute home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeping 8 guests. It is located on the Emerald Beach II subdivision. Don’t forget your furry best friend! Happy Place is a pet friendly home that is welcome to small dogs with a $200 non- refundable fee. This affordable home has all the comforts of home! The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make you favorite meals. The living room has TV with satellite for your entertainment. When you walk outside, you can enjoy the amazing breeze from the deck. Downstairs, you’ll find a charcoal BBQ grill and a picnic table, so you can enjoy dinner outside! Once you are ready to spend some time at the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or dive away! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long, fun day at the beach! This is the perfect place to call home on your family vacation. We hope you find your Happy place at this great home!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
