Mellow Yellow

Mellow Yellow is a delightful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home that sleeps 12 guests. This home, located in the heart of Crystal Beach, is also pet-friendly. There is a $200 Non-refundable pet fee. The open-concept living room/ kitchen area is inviting and perfect for families to spend time together. The large dining table accommodates 10 guests. The bar area provides additional seating, as well as space for serving or preparing meals. Speaking of meals, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, and all the extras needed to make cooking a breeze! If you need to stay connected through your devices, Mellow Yellow, has Wifi. Just enter the password information, and you will be able to interact with your social media outlets, and stream your favorite shows on the TV in the living room. All the TVs in the bedrooms use an antenna and have DVD players. There are also board games and cards for a night of family fun! You will enjoy spending time outside on the deck watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverages. Downstairs, you will find lots of covered space for grilling on the charcoal grill, cleaning your "catch of the day" at the outdoor sink, while your little ones play. There is even a small fenced-in area for the pets to run safely. When the sand and sea are calling, you are just a short walk away. There is also direct access to the beach by vehicle or golf cart. After a fun day in the sun, be sure to rinse away everything but your memories in the enclosed shower downstairs. You and your guests will feel perfectly "mellow" after a stay at this vacation home! The primary bedroom has one queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
