Ocean View is a cute, 2 story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bath, sleeping 14 guests. Ocean View is located on the 3rd row in the Ocean Shores subdivision. Don't forget your furry best friend because Oceanview is a pet friendly beach house with a $200 Non-refundable fee. This home is beautifully decorated with stylish coastal décor, comfortable furnishings, and has lots of natural light. This home features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The 3 upstairs bedrooms, have access to the upper deck with breathtaking views of the Gulf. It's sure to be a family favorite with a great layout and plenty of room to move around. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed. In bedroom 2 you will find a twin/full bunkbed, bedroom 3 and 4 both have a queen bed, with a sofa bed located on the main level.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
