Once Upon a Tide is an adorable 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that sleeps 11 guests. This home is located in the 4th row in the Cobb’s Cove neighborhood. This gorgeous home is the perfect place for your family vacation! Once you step inside, you'll feel right at home. The cozy living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. It's open to the dining area and kitchen, which has everything you need to cook your family's favorite meals. There's ample counter space and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar as well as the dining table. The 4 bedrooms provide the perfect spots to lay your heads at night. The bunk room is a child's dream! This home has WIFI, just put in the internet information and login! Outside you'll enjoy the spacious deck, with covered and uncovered areas to enjoy the breeze. Downstairs is a great area to hang out and cook with your family on the charcoal grill. The beach is just a short walk away! Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! The primary bedroom has a king bed bedroom 2 also has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has a twin/twin bed and and a twin/full bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
