This cute 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home, sleeps 10, and is located in the Holiday Beach Subdivision. It is perfect for beach-goers and their pets! There is a two pet maximum with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. Stepping inside this home, you are immediately taken in by its open kitchen/living room area. There is plenty of space to gather around the bar separating the kitchen and living room spaces. The bar provides seating as well as space for serving or prepping meals. Speaking of meals, you'll find this kitchen fully stocked with gadgets, pots, pans, and all the extras needed to make cooking a breeze! If you need to stay connected through your devices, One More Day, has Wifi. Just enter the password information, and you will be able to interact with your social media outlets, and stream your favorite shows on the TV. You can even find TV's in all the bedrooms. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, each with their own unique style. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and private deck access. Outside on the deck, you will find covered and uncovered areas to enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets while sitting on the comfortable deck seating. Downstairs is perfect for gathering around the Tiki Bar while the Grill Master prepares masterpieces on the charcoal grill. When the waves and sand start calling, you are a short walk, or golf cart ride away. This subdivision also has vehicle access to the beach. After a fun day at the beach, be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower. You and your family will definitely be calling for "One More Day" at the end of your vacation! The primary bedroom has one queen bed, bedroom 1 has two twin/full beds, and bedroom 2 has one queen bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
