Salty Sandpiper

Renters Must Be 25 years of age or older to rent. Salty Sandpiper is a charming home with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that sleeps 6 guests. Your pets are welcomed at this vacation get away! There is a $200 Non-Refundable Pet fee required. This home has a fenced in yard and carport area that makes it a safe gathering area for small children and pets. Inside the home, you will be greeted with an open kitchen/living room space. The kitchen is complete with all the amenities you need for preparing meals and also has a island/bar area with seating for your quests. Just off the kitchen, there is a laundry closet with a full sized washer/dryer for your convience. The Living area has comfortable seating and TV with Hulu, Disney, and streaing abilities. Just use the WIFI information to connect. The 2 bedrooms also have TV's for your enjoyment. On the deck, you will find ample space for dining or lounging while soaking in the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets that await you. Downstairs, you and your guests can relax in the cool shade watching the younger guests play while the adults chill waiting for something delicious cooking on the charcoal grill. There is also seating and a picnic table for convience. When the waves and sand start calling , you're just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away. Besure to rinse away the sand in the great outdoor shower upon returning to the cabin. The Satly Sandpiper is surely a great place to make beach memories year round!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
