Sea Esta

Sea Esta is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 4 and a half bathroom home that sleeps 12 guests. This home is located on the 2nd row in the Gulf Shores subdivision. This luxurious home is beautifully decorated. The living room, dining, and kitchen are all open and spacious. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line stainless steel appliances that will have you cooking like a gourmet chef! This home has WIFI for your convenience, but you will want to unplug and enjoy the fabulous beach views from the deck while drinking your favorite beverages. There is outdoor furniture seating to accommodate everyone! You will find 2 bedrooms on the main level connected to a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the upper level, there are 2 king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The primary bedroom also has access to a private deck on the upper level. The outside downstairs area has a charcoal pit to grill your favorite meals or fresh catch of the day! The beach is just a step or two away! You also have access by vehicle or golf cart. For washing off all the sandy fun, there is an enclosed shower located behind the garage area, that requires the house key to unlock. the primary bedroom has one king bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds and the 4th bedroom has one king bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
