Sea La Vie' is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 9. This home is located in the Ramada subdivision. Your fur-ever friends are completely welcome at this home with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The owners have included a 42x30x28 kennel for your use. Stepping inside, you'll find the living and kitchen areas are open and spacious, inviting you to stay awhile and unwind. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities that you will need to cook family meals. Coffee lovers will love the convenience of having a coffee pot maker and a Kuerig. There is plenty of comfy seating to visit and share memories of the day. If you are looking to unwind by gathering around to watch your favorite movie or TV shows, this home comes furnished with DISH Network. This house also has WIFI and Roku. Use the password and Login code to stream or share your beach adventures on your favorite social media site.
The deck is nice for catching the views of breathtaking sun rises and sun sets. Downstairs there is ample covered area for gathering, sharing conversations, or grilling your favorites on the charcoal grill. There is even an outdoor sink that's perfect for cleaning fish! Your children and pets can safely run and play in the fenced backyard and covered carport area.
When the sand and waves start calling, you are only a short walk away from the beach. There is golf cart and vehicle accessibility in the subdivision as well. After a fun day in the sun, be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower. There is a primary bedroom with one king bed, bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a twin/queen bunkbed, and a sofa bed in the main living area.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.

This is a terrific house, just as described. Really nice furnishings and comfortable beds. It was an easy walk to the beach. We’ve been renting houses at Crystal Beach for 25 years and this is a great house!

Best Mothers Day Beach Trip❤️ The house was just what we wanted and literally a few minutes and nice walk to the beach. The community was quiet, beds comfy ( even the fold out couches). Great hang out area downstairs and we loved spending time on the deck listening to music in the evening. Beautifully decorated and had all of the kitchen needs we could have thought of. Loved the options of the Keurig coffee maker and the drip! TV’s in all the rooms allowed multiple family members to chill and watch what they wanted after a FUN day at the beach. We will definitely be back to play here again!

Absolutely beautiful place. Loved being close to stores and restaurants. We loved our stay very much. The beach is our favorite place to be and our pups enjoyed it as well. With the fenced in backyard made things very easy for us! Quick response from Janice, which is always a plus.
