Seaside Escape

Seaside Escape is a newly built home in the Roll Over Bay Villa's located in Gilchrist. This home has three bedrooms, a loft, three full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Remember your Furry Friends, this home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 dogs under 40 pounds each. Just pay the $200 Non-Refundable pet fee. The open-concept living/kitchen area is perfect for gathering watching TV, and creating family meals together in the well stocked kitchen. Upstairs in the loft, You'll find a foosball and arcade game, sleeper sofa, and TV. Two of the guest bedrooms feature king size beds, TV's, and attached bathrooms. The youngsters will enjoy the designated "bunk" room. This home has internet to keep you connected and to stream your favorite shows and movies. Just enter the password information located near the living room TV. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets sitting on the deck or watch for the many varieties of birds that flock to this area. Downstairs, you will find the covered area shady and just great for hanging out with family, or eating something scrumptious that was cooked on the charcoal grill. In this neighborhood, you will also have access to a children's playground and a community swimming pool as well as Community Lounge Area. When the sand and waves call out, you are a short vehicle or golf cart ride to the beach. After returning, be sure to rinse off in the downstairs shower. You will have an amazing time at this beauty with all off it's amenities. You can find your "Seaside Escape" at this home! You will find a king bed in bedroom 1 and also in bedroom 3. There are 2 twin/twin beds in bedroom 2 and a queen sofa bed in the living area.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
