Second Wind is a cute 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sleeps up to 10 guests. Don’t forget your furry best friend! Second Wind is a pet friendly home that is welcome to small dogs with a $200 non- refundable fee. This affordable home has all the comforts of home! The kitchen has everything you’ll need to make you favorite meals. The island/bar offers seating as well as a great space to prep and serve meals. There are SmartTV's in the living room and primary bedroom. You can Stream your favorite movies and tv shows, just connect to the Wifi by using the username and password located in the home near the Tv. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Step outside and sit in the shade or get some sun on the deck. Downstairs is the perfect spot to grill your catch of the days and to gather in the shade with family and friends. When the beach calls, you will have several ways to get to the shoreline. You can walk and cross over to the beach on a walking path. This street doesn't have vehicle or golf cart access, however the adjacent roads on either side, Beaumont and Bowers Lane have vehicle and golf cart access. After a fun filled day on the beach, be sure to rinse away the sandy fun in the outside shower. You will be sure to catch your "Second Wind" after vacationing here!

We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes CANNOT GUARANTEE that these amenities WILL BE WORKING during your stay, and CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS for disruption of these services.**

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
