Sum Beach is a great, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that sleeps 13 guests. Mention JANICE get 75 OFF on stays prior to 4-1-2025. It is located on the 2nd row in the Emerald 1 subdivision. Don't forget your furry best friend! Sum Beach is a pet friendly beach house with a $200 Non-refundable fee. You'll enjoy all the comforts of home while on your beach vacation! This home is beautifully decorated and features a stocked kitchen. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining table or outside on the picnic table. The living area is large and the home has WIFI for convenience! The large bedrooms will give your family plenty of room to spread out. When you're ready for a trip to the beach, it's just a short walk or ride away! Rinse off in the outdoor shower upon returning from the beach! You are sure to enjoy your vacation at Sum Beach!

We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
2 roll toilet paper per toilet
Small bar hand soap
1 Trial size shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 Beauty bar per bath
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray and sunscreen! Enjoy parasailing, sunset cruises, putt-putt, swim up bars, etc., on our beautiful peninsula!
This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
