Sun and Moon

Sun and Moon is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 guests. This home is located on the front row of a little beach strip between Fort Travis and the North Jetty. Sun and Moon has a stocked kitchen that has everything you will need to make the perfect meals while on vacation. There is also WIFI for streaming channels on the Smart TV and for your entertainment. This cabin also includes lots of books so you can sit out in the swing and read while enjoying the beautiful views. Downstairs, there is a charcoal BBQ pit so you can cook your favorite dish or your catch of the day! This home is within walking distance from the Historical Fort Travis Park and the North Jetty. Both places are good for fishing, crabbing, biking and walking. There is also a public boat launch two blocks from this beach house. When you are ready to go to the beach it is just a few steps away! There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living area.

Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 sponge
1 small dish soap
Full Baths will have 2 roll toilet paper, trial size hand soap, beauty bar, shampoo, conditioner
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
