Surf’s Up is a comfy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 12 guests. This home is located in a great friendly neighborhood in the Holiday Beach subdivision. This home has a large living, dining, and kitchen area great for family entertainment. Surf’s Up has all the amenities to make your stay a wonderful experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals for your family and friends. In the morning grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean views from the covered and uncovered deck with great furniture facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a great area downstairs to BBQ the perfect meal after a long beach day! The kids will definitely enjoy fishing in the slough behind the house! When you are ready to go to the beach, there is access just a street over via Golf cart or vehicle. After having a blast out in the sun, don’t forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower! The primary bedroom has one queen bed, bedroom 3 has two queen beds, and bedroom 3 has two twin/full beds.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
