The Bungaleaux

The Bungaleaux is a cute, cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8 guests. It is in the Emerald 2 subdivision. You'll feel right at home while on vacation. The living area is open to the kitchen. This home has everything you need to cook all of your favorite meals. The living room has satellite TV, while the bedrooms are equipped with streaming capability. There is Wi-Fi for your convenience. This home is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 dogs (no heavier than 40 lbs.) with a non-refundable fee of $200.00. This home no longer has a completely fenced-in yard. The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Step outside onto the deck, where you can sit in the shade or the sun. Downstairs is the perfect spot to grill your catch of the day. When you're ready to head to the beach, it's just a short walk away. Don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower. There are 3 bedrooms in this house. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a full/full bunk bed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
