The Showboat

The Showboat is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that sleeps 10. This home is located on the bayside in the Lakewood subdivision. This cute home is in a great location, close to everything, yet still in a quiet area. This recently updated home has a great floor plan with an open kitchen/living area. This large area is a great place to spend time with your family. Cook all your favorite meals or enjoy take-out from your favorite restaurants. This home has Wi-Fi for your convenience. The bedrooms are spacious and the perfect place to retreat after a long day at the beach. Sit outside on the deck and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and a view of the lake. Downstairs is the perfect spot to sit around and grill your favorite food. This home sits at the end of the street with lots of room for kids to play. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin/twin bunkbed, and bedroom 3 also has a queen and a twin/twin bunkbed.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay, and Cannot Offer Refunds for disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes.
We provide linens and bath towels in every house and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
There is a starter pack consisting of the items below, please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tab (if applicable)
2 laundry tab (if applicable)
1 small dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest.
Don't forget the beach towels, bug spray, sunscreen! Once booked, log into your portal for things to do on the Peninsula.
All of our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
